Gree Web Solutions grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and execute the Application on compatible Android devices owned or controlled by you.
- You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.
- You shall not tamper with or disable digital advertising units within the Application.
- You shall not use the Application for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
3. Calculation Accuracy & Disclaimers
While the Application utilizes verified mathematical formulas and precision rounding:
- Financial calculations (Loan/EMI, GST/VAT, SIP, Salary) are provided as mathematical estimates and should not be relied upon as certified banking or legal tax computations.
- Health metrics (BMI) provide general body index classification and do not substitute for clinical medical evaluation.
- Gree Web Solutions disclaims any liability for financial, commercial, or operational losses resulting from calculation variance or rounding conventions.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties (“AS-IS”) & Limitation of Liability
CALCULATOR IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. GREE WEB SOLUTIONS DOES NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GREE WEB SOLUTIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE APPLICATION.
